school. The students and the teachers had worked hard for the fair. The fair was held in the big
hall of the school. The District Education Officer inaugurated The Science Fair.
The aim of the fair was to show the progress of our country in the field of science. Secondly, it
aimed at creating interest in science among the students. In the fair, more than 52 items were
on display. Most of these were working models. The model of the steam engine was wonderful.
Then there were charts that showed how an atomic chain reaction takes place. The model of the
space rocket was fascinating. The students who ran the different stalls explained things with
confidence.
Apart from the students, people from the city also visited the fair. They were impressed by it.
The District Education Council appreciated the work done by the students and the teachers.

Descriptive Paragraph writing (Situation)

You were giving an exam when the invigilator caught two of your classmates cheating.
Describe the situation in the form of a Descriptive Paragraph.
On September 14th, I had my Physics exam. The majority of us were scared of the subject.
Nevertheless, my classmates and I sat down to give our best.
Cheating was performed expertly by my classmates. However, this time the invigilator was a
serious and sharp teacher. Everyone knew not to cheat, but of course two students were willing
to take the risk. They were caught. Their papers were seized and were ordered to get up and
move to the Principal’s room for further action. Upon hearing this, one of them got a panic
attack. The invigilator called another invigilator, then the class teacher. Soon, it was chaos.
Everyone was distracted by the situation. In such panic few students forgot to write few
answers which they could easily write and score.
