Access to TP
• Drivers: East & West Gates (No entry for passenger drop-off/pick-up)
• Passenger Drop-off/Pick-up & Cyclists: Main Foyer
• Pedestrians: East Gate, Overhead Bridge and Main Foyer.
Pedestrians may exit the campus through Main Foyer, East Gate (closes at
7.30pm), West Gate, and the Overhead Bridge
• Students requiring Special Educational Needs Support Assistance: Contact

National Enhanced Vaccination Differentiated
Safe Management Measures (VDS)
• All staff and visitors will need to either be (i) vaccinated, (ii) medically ineligible, (iii)
recovered from COVID in the last 180 days in order to enter TP campus from 1st February
2022 onwards.
• TP students are currently exempted from the VDS requirement when entering TP campus to
attend classes, until further notice.
• For higher risk activities, unvaccinated students who wish to take in higher risk activities
including dining in canteens and F&B outlets will have to show a negative ART result or
recovery memo.
Actions needed for Unvaccinated CET Students:
• If you are unvaccinated as of 18 April 2022, please
complete https://ccvd.questionpro.com or scan the
QR Code NOW!
• TSA will provide you with relevant instructions on
weekly self-administered ART regime.
• If you are fully vaccinated as of 14 March 2022, no
action is needed.
Only for Unvaccinated
CET students
Once a week
• Click on https://go.gov.sg/tp-cas-tsa
• Do self-administered ART and submit photo of ART result before coming to campus, OR
• Declare that you are not physically coming to campus for the week and ART submission is not
needed.
When submitting ART results (either positive or negative),
please upload a photo with the following information:
• ART result
• Matric card
• Written name or Admin Number
• Date of ART
For entry verification check, please save in your mobile device:
• the ART result photo (valid for 7 days from date of test), OR
• Recovery memo or relevant evidence issued by MOH (eg through TraceTogether or Health Hub)
[For those who recovered from Covid-19 within the last 180 days]
Unvaccinated students [excluding those who recovered from Covid-19 within the last 180 days] are
required to perform weekly self-administered ART to participate in higher-risk activities, such as
dining in at F&B establishments on campus.

Attendance
• Students have to achieve at least a 50% attendance rate for face-to-
face & synchronous online (MS Teams) lessons in each module of
the course.
• Students who do not meet the 50% will still get to complete the
module, but will get a non-graded pass (Pass vs Fail), as compared to
normal grades (A, B, C etc.)
• MC & Leave of Absence (LOA) are not part of the 50% attendance.
• Students are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in all
online lessons to ensure a fruitful learning experience.
Attendance
To adhere to SSG’s new requirement on record keeping for all
synchronous online lessons (conducted via MS Teams), we would
like to seek your cooperation on the following:
• Switch on your web cam for attendance-taking. Your lecturer will let you
know when to switch on the web cam so that he/she can do a screen shot.
You may switch off your web cam after attendance is taken.
• All synchronous online lessons will be recorded from start till end, and the
videos will be stored for SSG’s audit purpose. Please rest assured that only
authorised staff has access to the videos.
Punctuality
• Students are advised to be punctual & should stay in class/MS
teams during lessons.
• Tutors reserved the right to mark a student as absent if he/she
attends classes very late or if he/she is not in class for most of
the lesson.
Ground Rules to Observe for
Synchronous Online Lessons
(conducted via MS Teams)

• Join the class 10 minutes prior to the start of the lesson so that the
lecturer can take note of your attendance.
• Lecturer will inform you when to switch on your web cam for attendance-
taking (you may switch off the web cam after attendance is taken)
• Use the “raise hand” function if you have any questions during the online
lesson.
• Post your questions in the meeting chat during the online lesson instead of
interrupting your lecturer. Please do not post irrelevant chats.

MOE Bursary
• Singapore Citizens taking their 1st CET Diploma may
apply for the MOE Bursary.
• Application Period: 9 May – 23 May 2022
Details will be announced on the CET Student Portal.
MC/PDC Progression to
October 2022
• Look out for the Payment Advice Notification on the CET
Student Portal in Jul/Aug 2022.
• Please make payment for the course fee by the stipulated
deadline, or it will be assumed that you are taking a semester
break for Oct 2022 semester.
• Timetable for the Oct 2022 semester will be sent to you via
email 3 weeks before the semester starts on 17 Oct 2022.
• Results for the Apr 2022 semester will be released on the CET
Student Portal on 30 Sep 2022.
