This document proposes using a chatbot for advertising and engagement. It discusses (1) what a chatbot is, namely a way to chat with an automated bot, (2) why to use one since over 1 billion people are on Messenger, and (3) where people can find the chatbot through Messenger codes, plugins, and search. Finally, it proposes running advertising campaigns with the chatbot through techniques like surveys, contests, rewards, commerce, and broadcasts to move people through a customer journey funnel.
