UNIT 76: TASK 2
STEP 1
• To add a sound to your provided
game you must first double click the
projects sound folder, you will then
be presented with this window
displayed to my right.
• Next you must click on the sound
loading symbol next to the play
button and select the sound from
the file in which you have it stored.
STEP 2
• Once you have
opened the folder
containing the sound
files, you must simply
select the file and click
the ok button in the top
left tab.
STEP 3
• Once you have added
all your sounds you wish
to use you must test the
compatibility with your
game.
• To test if your sounds will
play you must now click
the green play button
selected in the window
displayed to my right.
STEP 4
• Providing that
everything runs
smoothly you will be
faced with the main
menu for your game, all
that is left to do now is
test that your sounds
are functional and play
their desired parts in
your games creation.
STEP 5
• Once you’re happy
with the game and the
sounds that you
programmed within the
project save the file to
your desired folder.
