• ADP myPay Portal is an interactive Pay Slip
Portal accessible through:
• Single Sign On (SSO) when on Dell network
• Log in credentials when off Dell network
• Or via Mobile app using login credentials

ADP myPay Portal: Pay Slips
• Click on Reveal/Hide in the top right
corner to for myPay to show values.
• The Pay by Period chart displays a
graphical view of your pay across a
selected date range from 3 months to 5
years.
• Pay History can be used to select and
compare up to 3 pay slips. Selected
Pay Slip will display under Pay Details.
• Pay Details show simplified overview
of your Total Gross Wages,
Deductions, Net Pay and Employer
Contributions.
• For detailed review of your Pay Slip in
traditional pdf format, please click on
Download Payslip

ADP Mobile Solutions: Log in credentials
1. Log into the ADP MyPay portal on your
computer via Single Sign-On
2. Go to Settings and look for the Account
Management tile
3. Your User ID will be prepopulated and will serve JANE.SMITH@DELL.COM
as your Username for login to Mobile application
*Note- It is NOT recommended to Change you User ID
4. Click on Reset Password to generate a temporary password.
This will be sent to your Dell email address shown in field Email.
5. Paste your temporary password into Old password field and set your
new password in the next two fields.
6. Click on Save

Downloading ADP Mobile app
1. Following your registration, download the ADP
Mobile Solutions app for free from:
a) Apple App Store (for iPhones),
b) Google Play Store (for Android phone devices, with the
exception of China)
2. You can also access the portal at
http://mobile.adp.com via the browser of your
mobile device
*Note: In some countries, ADP Mobile app is not available in Google Play
Store. If you are unable to download it in your country, please try the
Amazon Appstore.

Logging into ADP Mobile app
1. Enter your User ID (registered Mobile ID)
and check “Save My User ID” box if you wish
the app to remember you for the future. Then
click on “Next”
2. Enter your new registered Password and
click on “Login”
3. Depending on your Mobile device, you might
be prompted to voluntarily enable Face ID or
Touch ID authentication
4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions

Using ADP Mobile app
1. After logging in, your view will default to your
Home dashboard showing your last payroll
result
Note: By default, the amount on your dashboard will be hidden. After clicking on
“Reveal”, it will display the value
2. Click on the Menu icon and navigate to
“Myself” and “Pay” to view your Payslips
3. Select the period and the mobile consolidated
view of your Payslip will display
4. For full view of your Payslip, scroll down and
click on “View Statements”
5. Standard display of your Payslip will appear,
which you can view, print or save in pdf format

Troubleshooting
• Forgot/Reset your Password
– Return to ADP MyPay portal on your computer via Single Sign-On to set up a new password via the
Account Management Tile under Settings.
– You might be required to reset your password/ set a new one due to inactivity or periodically based on
ADP security guidelines.
• Forgot your User ID
– Return to ADP MyPay portal on your computer via Single Sign-On. Your User ID is visible under
Settings in Account Management Tile.
• How to change Mobile App language?
– ADP Mobile application mirrors the language used by your phone automatically.
– To change the language of your pdf pay slip, please submit a My HR case*
