Although mobile phones and laptops have vast similarities and are used for a lot of
similar functions. They continue to stand out from one another with features and
specifications that distinguish them apart.
There are various topics or points of interest to be discussed that highlight some
of the similarities but mainly the differences between them both.
I would however, be discussing that a laptop is more effective than a mobile
phone.
I’m going to start by describing what both devices are in detail.

For this evaluation, I used 1 local airline and 2 international airlines that operate from
Nigeria.
The first thing I noticed was the language option for accessibility for surfing the
websites of the international websites but only English was available for the local airline
chosen. This is expected as people from all over the world are most likely to use those
airlines but it is still a flaw.
My second evaluation point was the usage of location data and statistics to
effectively offer the best services and products to potential customers. The international
airlines do a better job of requesting and collecting data that allows them to do so.
My third evaluation point was a loyalty scheme system that rewards frequent fliers. All
three airlines have their own system which I commend.
