PROGRAM DESIGN
I. Title: Learning and Numeracy Development Program
II. Rationale:
The purpose of the Literacy and Numeracy Development Program is to
help students know the basic learning. The purpose of providing basic knowledge to
young children is to build a strong foundation for future learning and development.
This program is also implemented to provide students with support, educational
needs and as well as developing their important skills. This program aims to provide
valuable knowledge that the students could gain for the future that will help them
grow both academically and personally. Furthermore, it also aims to shape students
to be ready for their school journey. Particularly, the main focus of this program is to
enhance learners’ reading, writing, and numeracy skills. The program's success is
predicated on inclusive participation, fostering community development and
empowerment through enhanced literacy, numeracy, confidence, and networking
opportunities for all participants, irrespective of their educational background.
Our goal is to identify community needs and expand learning opportunities in
Barangay Alangilan. We envision creating an environment where every student can
thrive and contribute meaningfully to society. Through a Learning and Numeracy
Development Program focused on essential skills, we aim to promote lifelong
learning and empower individuals to effectively navigate everyday challenges.
