Instructions for End Semester Oral/Presentation

1. Time Allocation:
o Each student will have 20-30 minutes for the presentation, including
the question and answer session.

2. Presentation Slides:
o Prepare 10-15 slides in PowerPoint.
o Cover the entire internship work
o Slides should contain only headlines, not detailed paragraphs. Use
these headlines to elaborate on the topic during the presentation.
o Include important diagrams, photographs, graphs, etc., to support your
presentation.

3. Preparation:
o Have the presentation ready on a USB drive at least one day before
the presentation.
o Avoid last-minute modifications.

4. Demonstration (if any):


o Ensure any product/hardware/software demonstrations are prepared
and tested a day in advance. If a live demo is not feasible in the
presentation room, arrange video of the same.

5. Attire and Delivery:


o Wear the Institute uniform.
o Speak clearly, technically, loudly and to the point.
