Team schedules allow you to view the schedules for two or more doctors in a single view. To
access team schedules:

1. Click Schedule, then select “Team Schedules”

2. The “Team Schedules” window appears. If you do not see a Team Schedule for Dr.
Plunkett (Assistant) and Dr. Thomas (Surgeon), you will need to create it.

If you do not see an existing team

schedule with the doctors you
would like to view, you will need to
create a new one.

3. To create a new team schedule, click the “Add” button, give your new Team Schedule a
name, and press Save.

For example: to create a team called “SURG1,” which will consist of Dr. Thomas (General
Surgeon) and Dr. Plunkett (Assistant), fill out the team information as follows:

Separate Doctor Codes with a semicolon. Do

not add a space before or after the
semicolon.

4. To view your team schedule, repeat steps 1 and 2 above, select “SURG1,” and click “OK”
