(i.e. E746A – sigmoidoscopy outside of hospital)
• All services performed in hospital must have SLI code and Master
Number on all service codes for that claim
Test 2: Scheduling & Billing for Dr. Jamieson
• You will have 90 Minutes to complete today’s test
• Start by launching the Test 2 quiz on your local laptop – you will have
access to your Sheridan Virtual Workspace once inside the quiz.
• You will be submitting 3 files:
• Your completed TEST BOOKLET
• A screenshot of your the BILLING JOURNAL for Dr. Jamieson
• A screenshot of the SCHEDULE for Dr. Jamieson
• Important: I need to see all appointments in the schedule. I cannot grade what I
cannot see.
• If you need to take multiple screenshots to ensure all appointments are visible,
please do so.
Remember to submit all 3 files to
the Assignment Dropbox in SLATE.
Failure to upload all 3 required files
may result in a mark of zero.
