  INTRODUCTION ❖ Notes arean important aspect of a company's operations. ❖ These notes would be used to describe, store and pass on important information aspects of the company operations. ❖ The Odoo platforms notes module helps the users to create and manage all the notes and their operations. ❖ In addition, as the aspects operate digitally there is zero waste paper generation. ❖ Moreover, they are being stored in the company database which will store the data and the notes for future access.

  ❖ First ofall, open Notes module.
• 4.
  ❖ All notesgrouped by Note stages are shown here.
• 5.
  ❖ Both Kanban,List and Activity view are available.
• 6.
  ❖ Goto Configuration> Stages
• 7.
  ❖ Create andconfigure Stages for note from here.
• 8.
  ❖ Then gotoConfiguration > Tags.
• 9.
  ❖ User cancreate Tags from here to categorise Notes
• 10.
  ❖ Then gotomain menu and Create a new note.
• 11.
  ❖ Add Noteand Tags, set Stage and Save note.
• 12.
  ❖ Highlight Noteby adding colour from Colour palette.
• 13.
  ❖ Schedule anew activity using Activity button.
• 14.
  ❖ Select activitytype and Schedule the Activity.
• 15.
  ❖ User canalso schedule activity from Activity view.Goto Activity view > Schedule activity.
• 16.
  ❖ Click onnote for which the activity is creating or use Activity button.
• 17.
  ❖ Schedule theactivity from wizard.
• 18.
  ❖ Activity isadded for the Note.
