a really hot subject that we should discuss about.

As we know, Technology is always getting developed to be better and better every day and with the creativity of people,
they start their development on smartphone to become an intelligent assistant in people’s lives which fills the need of
people. Smartphone has shown people tons of its impact on everyone’s daily lives such as working, the art of
entertainment, exploring and more. So, first of all, Let’s talk about working. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, people’s
living style has been changed from doing more on the paper to doing more on the technology such as smartphones. As
we know, people used to work a lot with paperwork but since the worry of getting affected by the virus, they start
changing the working style to working online and smartphone has been one of the important tools that they use but why
smartphones and no other technological devices? The easiest answer is price and the capability. Smartphone is not as
expensive as other devices and it can work as much as other devices such as computer so people can work easily. The
second point is entertainment. People can have their own entertainment by using their smartphones due to its
capabilities. We could use them to watch movies, funny shows, reading e-books and listening to our favorite music. Not
only that, we can always know what is happening right now online. The third point is exploring. In the past, when
wanting to explore something, people need to go to the libraries to find documents and files to fulfill their research but
today, just a simple search on the smartphone and it will show us the things that we need which makes our living easier
and save lots of our time.

Along with the plenty advantages that it gives, smartphone also has its dark side which is the disadvantages. As we
know, we use smartphone to work, to study and to explore which leads to the first disadvantage, Dependence. When we
realize too much on technology and smartphone, it will be hard for us to live without it which makes our lives hard
when we can’t access to it. For example, if we are in a forest with no access to the technology, how could we live? The
next one is privacy risks. Browsing online is good but the lack of education about online may lead us to leak our personal
information such as phone number, address, credit card or something else which could cause cyberattacks and could
make our lives be in risk. The last one is health concern. When we pay too much attention on the smartphone, it will
make us become lazy and lack activeness which could cause us health problems such as headaches, the lack of eyesight
and more.

In conclusion, smartphone is a tool for everyone to understand more about the world and help in lives but during that it
also causes us a lot of problems so we need to pay attention and use the smartphone properly and correctly.
