● Total recreational screen time (including phone, TV, games, etc.): No more than 2 hours/day.
● Educational screen time: Can exceed 2 hours if it's productive (online learning, reading, projects).
● Social use (chats, video calls): Should be moderated—not more than 1 hour/day, ideally part of the total screen time.
