PISH Variables

This document describes the variables of the PISH, which include perception, the imaginary, the record of feeling, and action. It explains that perception is limited to the five senses, while the imaginary is the world of thoughts. The record of feeling is the body's reaction. Action expresses what the person decides to show. It also analyzes concepts such as blindness, desensitization, and naivety. Finally, it discusses that feeling is a response to external stimuli and that it is important to recognize ownership.

PISH variables

1.- Perception: It is what I capture through the traditional five senses in the external world.
Perception can be broad and reduced to a single spectrum of reality.

2.- The imaginary: It is the world of my thoughts, my conceptualizations, my fantasy.

It is illogical and may be right or not, but it is still imaginary.

3.- The registration of feeling: It is the registration of the body and its reactions. Feeling occurs from the skin to
inside, that is, in my body. It is the fruit of contact with reality.

4.- The action: It is the movement that expresses what the person decides to show. It can be in
relationship with what he/she feels or not.

Dynamic analysis

Blindness: The perception of reality is limited to the sector we cut when

we focus our attention. When a person perceives only a segment of reality, and not
capture the rest, we say it is blind. We need to look at the world, explore sensorially
what surrounds us and for that, relearn the use of the five senses.
Desensitization: When this function is blocked, we do not recognize our
feelings and we find ourselves in a state of apathy or of little awareness of our
Emotions. The avoidance of emotional contact is a form of blockage that we implement.
to avoid suffering, when we cannot tolerate emotional intensity.
Naivety: Naivety in the face of our thoughts consists of linking our
emotional reactions to the imaginations we are inventing. The most questioned relationship
it is produced between feeling and imagination.
Impulsivity and repression: A healthy relationship of an organism with its environment includes the
adaptation of their expressions to the environment and the impact they have on the world.
Expressing what one feels includes integration with personal values and responsibilities;
conscious elections of form and intensity. The contact with our environment and our
health will depend on the bond we establish with the world.

THE FEELING

In our interaction with the world, we produce all kinds of sensory responses and
emotional. Then we connect our feeling to the object that produced it in such a way that we come to
to believe that the object is the cause of our feeling. By not taking responsibility for our response
emotional, recognizing that it belongs to us, we project our feelings onto the object or situation and
we subjectively create a reality that we define as objective and absolute. When
we observe our own emotion, we perceive ourselves as living beings experiencing life of
a certain way. The path of self-knowledge implies that we listen to ourselves and that
we take control of our reactions. In the first stage, we perceive the world
objectively, we believe that the object is like this and we are its emotional victims who
we suffer what makes us suffer. In a second stage, we take charge of ourselves and
we recognize our belongings; we are the protagonists of our reactions, the
we contemplate and self-discover. In the third stage, we can contemplate the energy that
it manifests through us when we do not obstruct it. We cannot skip stages, only
we can observe ourselves with patience and wait for the realization to occur.
