Introduction.
I believe that time is limited, since no matter how we use it and how we divide ourselves to do
our tasks, there are only 24 hours in a day, and it is vitally important to know how we are
going to manage them and even more so if we want to be efficient and productive enough in
our personal and work lives, in addition to being able to feel happy, full of spirit, joy and
fulfilled, in our daily lives I think it is something that increases our quality of life.
Spending more hours than usual at work does not mean that we are more efficient or
productive. Therefore, proper time management at work and in our personal lives must be
essential. Since its importance lies mainly in the fact that it helps us:
Be happier.
Reach all goals.
Be more productive and efficient.
Achieve goals in less time.
Suffer less stress and enjoy better health.
Improve the ability to make decisions.
Increase self-confidence.
Self-discipline.
Improve Life Quality.
Spend more time with the family.
Be calmer and more relaxed.
Give priority to what needs it most.

Development.
Even though mr. Fernández was the best salesman, from the beginning it was known that he
had a lot of friction with his co-workers, which was perhaps misinterpreted as attracting a
certain level of envy, however, when the managers knew that customers were complaining
about Mr. Fernández, and one specifically was lost due to Fernández's attitude, since he could
have had poor or no importance on time management, since even if he has the disposition,
but if he cannot achieve his objectives and be productive, it can be because he is constantly in
a stressful situation that prevents him from organizing his time to give priorities and be able to
work as a team, since he only takes care of the day-to-day work that normally turns into
problems that must be attended to, and not in managing, overcoming and make continuous
improvement in the process.
I think i would have a conversation with mr. Fernández to try to discover the root of the
problem, since he has proven to be a good salesman, the talk would be focused on time
management, his responsibilities and what the company expects from him, in addition to
making clear the objectives, which are tangible and, above all, achievable measurables and
deal with teamwork.
In addition to putting together a work plan that would be followed up with him for a few
months in which an improvement would have to be seen in addition to making it very clear to
Mr. Fernández that he is a key piece and a very important part in the process so that
everything goes well.

Development, check what you have to attend to in each of the following categories:
Personally, I think that at the moment I do have a little imbalance due to the number of
activities that I have to attend to, since for now I have neglected many important things in my
life due to the time that school and my work consume, but I have to give priority to those
where I have a larger area of opportunity, than to those I already master.
Objective: Establish goals or objectives in different areas of life and at different deadlines.
My PROFESSIONAL goal.

Unit #: Week 2
Professional thinking
Writing down in a notebook or agenda everything that is done during the day, what pending
tasks remain and what pending tasks I have, prioritizing each one.
2. What part of the day is most productive for you? Which part of the day is least
productive? Why?
In the morning it is the most productive, at night it is the least productive because I end up
very exhausted.
3. What are the repetitive patterns of inefficiency? (for example, waiting for something,
looking for a lost object, interruptions, etc.).
Being on social media on my cell phone and watching videos that only distract me and I don't
do something productive, I simply postpone what I have to do, finishing later or not
completing it.
4. Is there anything you do that is unnecessary? (feel free to express yourself; this list is
simply for you to review later).
5. Are there any activities that are not relevant? (Again, consider these are just
prospectuses to review later.)
7. On what occasions do you allow yourself distractions to put aside a priority task?

When there is a soccer World Cup, there is a party, an emergency and/or important family
event arises.
8. What activities do not contribute to achieving your objectives? How can this change?
Talking at work, since it delays and does not lead to meeting objectives.
9. On average, what percentage of your work hours are you productive? What is your
reaction to these figures?

Conclusion.
Today I can say that time management is quite important on a professional and personal level,
since, by not having a balance, we suffer mostly from stress and therefore cause other
problems or irreparable damage in both senses of our lives. But if we manage our time

properly, we can choose which priorities to attend to and what is truly valuable and important
in our lives, as well as give our best in every aspect of our lives so that the people we love are
well.
