Class9 Motion Notes Fixed

The document explains the concept of motion, defining it as the change in position of an object over time. It categorizes motion into uniform and non-uniform types, discusses speed, velocity, and acceleration with their formulas, and introduces graphs for motion analysis. Additionally, it covers equations of motion and circular motion, highlighting key points about the nature of motion and its characteristics.

Class 9 Science - Motion (Concept Clarity Notes)

1. Motion Kya Hota Hai?

- Jab koi vastu apni sthiti badalti hai kisi anumit samay me kisi nirdisht disha me, to ise gati (motion)
kehte hain.
- Agar koi vastu apni sthiti badal rahi hai kisi anya vastu ke apeksha, to kaha jata hai ki vastu gati
me hai.
- Agar koi vastu apni sthiti nahi badal rahi hai, to use sthir (rest) kaha jata hai.

2. Types of Motion (Gati ke Prakar)

- Uniform Motion (Saman Gati): Jab koi vastu ek saman doori ek saman samay me tay karti hai.
- Ex: Ek gaadi jo har second me 10 meter cover karti hai.
- Non-Uniform Motion (Asaman Gati): Jab koi vastu ek asaman doori ek saman samay me tay karti
hai.
- Ex: Traffic me chalti hui car jo kabhi tez aur kabhi dheere hoti hai.

3. Speed, Velocity aur Acceleration

- Speed (Tivrata): Koi vastu ek unit samay me kitna distance cover karti hai.
- Formula: Speed = Distance / Time
- SI Unit: m/s (meter per second)
- Velocity (Vega): Speed ke saath direction bhi ho to use velocity kehte hain.
- Formula: Velocity = Displacement / Time
- SI Unit: m/s
- Acceleration (Tivratav): Velocity me hone wale parivartan ki dar.
- Formula: Acceleration = (Final Velocity - Initial Velocity) / Time
- SI Unit: m/s²

4. Graphs for Motion (Gati ke Liye Graphs)

- Distance-Time Graph:
- Seedha line (Straight Line) - Uniform Motion
- Tedha line (Curved Line) - Non-Uniform Motion
- Velocity-Time Graph:
- Seedha line upar - Acceleration ho raha hai
- Seedha line neeche - Deceleration ho raha hai
- Seedha horizontal line - Uniform Velocity

5. Equations of Motion (Gati ke Sutra)

1. v = u + at (Final velocity nikalne ke liye)
2. s = ut + ½ at² (Distance nikalne ke liye)
3. v² = u² + 2as (Final velocity aur distance ke sambandh ke liye)

(yahan u = shuru ki velocity, v = antim velocity, a = acceleration, t = samay, s = distance hota hai)

6. Circular Motion (Vritti Gati)

- Jab koi vastu ek golakar path par ghoomti hai to ise Circular Motion kehte hain.

Key Points (Saar)

- Motion tab hota hai jab koi vastu apni sthiti badalti hai.
- Uniform motion me speed constant hoti hai.
- Acceleration ka matlab velocity ka badhna ya ghatna.
- Equations of motion important hain numerical ke liye.
- Circular motion me speed constant ho sakti hai, par direction badalti rehti hai.
